State Farm Agency, located in Boothwyn, PA, has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Front Office - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude.

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Manage incoming calls.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
